Who we are

This website is operated by Nishad Rashid Mahi and Mazeda Begum, who run the business under the name Vizaura in British Columbia, Canada (“Vizaura”, “we”). Our founders, Nishad Rashid Mahi and Mazeda Begum, are responsible for how we handle personal information and for answering privacy questions and complaints.

What we collect and why

• Consultation requests. Your name and email address, and — if you choose to share them — your business name, phone number, the services you’re interested in, a description of your idea or problem, an approximate budget, and your preferred contact method. We use this only to reply to you, arrange a consultation, and prepare any proposal you ask for.
• HUDA early-access sign-ups. Your name and business email, and optionally your company name and main business challenge. We use these only to send the HUDA updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe from any update, and we act on unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
• Emails and calls. Anything you send us directly, used to respond to you.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically processes basic request data, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the website and keep it secure.

We don’t ask for sensitive information through this website. Please don’t send passwords, payment card numbers, or similar details. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t add anyone to marketing emails without their express consent.

Cookies and storage

This website doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies. If you switch between the light and dark themes, your choice is saved in your own browser’s local storage so the site remembers it; it is never sent to us. We don’t currently use website analytics.

Service providers and where information is stored

We use trusted service providers to run this website. They process information on our behalf and only to provide their service to us:

• Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and receives the consultation and HUDA forms (Netlify Forms).
• Our email provider stores the emails we exchange with you.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under the laws of that country.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and sign-up information for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client (in which case our service agreement applies) or the law requires us to keep it longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent, by emailing us. We respond within the time limits set by British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

How we protect it

The website is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to Vizaura’s founders.
