This website is operated by Nishad Rashid Mahi and Mazeda Begum, who run the business under the name Vizaura in British Columbia, Canada (“Vizaura”). By using the website you agree to these terms.

Using this website

The content on this website is general information. We work to keep it accurate, but it isn’t professional advice for your situation, and prices or services may change before you sign an agreement.

Proposals and agreements

Every engagement starts with a written proposal or service agreement setting out the scope, price, timeline, and terms. Nothing on this website creates a contract on its own.

Fully managed website — founding client offer

• CA$99 per month, with no upfront website development fee, for our first 10 eligible founding clients.
• A 12-month initial commitment.
• The founding rate continues while the same plan remains continuously active, as set out in your agreement.
• Includes website design and development, hosting, SSL, technical maintenance, routine content updates within agreed limits, technical support, and technical domain setup and management.
• You own your domain. Domain registration and renewal fees are separate and paid by you to your registrar.
• Not included: complex booking systems, custom dashboards, advanced integrations, and other additional software development. These are quoted separately.
• The update allowance, support response times, renewal, cancellation, and handover terms are set out in your written service agreement before you sign.
• No free trial and no free first month.

Custom work

Custom website development starts at CA$2,500. Business analysis, data analytics, integrations, and custom software are quoted to scope. Ownership of source code, payment schedule, and acceptance are set out in the agreement for each project.

Free consultation

The introductory consultation is free and creates no obligation. Detailed audits, extensive analysis, full specifications, and development are separate, quoted engagements.

No guaranteed outcomes

We build carefully and follow current best practice, but we can’t guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, or other business results.

Portfolio

The websites shown in “Our work” are original demonstration projects designed and built by Vizaura for illustrative businesses.

HUDA

HUDA is a product in development and is not yet commercially available. Signing up for updates doesn’t create an agreement to provide it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
